FORGING
STEP 01
Each wheel begins as a 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum billet. The billet is heated and pressed under 8,000 tons of force in a controlled-temperature forge press. This process aligns the grain structure of the aluminum to follow the barrel profile continuously — eliminating the voids and porosity common in cast wheels. The result is a denser, stronger, and lighter wheel blank ready for precision machining.

FORGING

CNC MACHINING
5-axis CNC cells cut every face, spoke, and barrel to the customer's exact offset, bolt pattern, and lip depth.

TESTING
Each wheel passes impact, fatigue, and structural verification — not a sample batch, every single wheel.
04
FINISHING
Powdercoat, PVD, or raw machined — applied in a controlled clean room, then ceramic clearcoated for durability.
