We build bespoke forged wheels for performance and luxury cars — thick-section forgings machined in-house for maximum concavity, minimal weight, and a fitment sheet that matches your chassis, not a catalog size.

03 / PROCESS
Forged in-house. Tested to a standard, not a spec sheet minimum.
Each barrel starts as a thick-section forging, pressed under controlled heat and pressure so the grain structure stays continuous through the profile. From there our CNC cells cut every face to a customer-specific fitment — offset, bolt pattern, and lip depth — before the wheel goes through impact, fatigue, and structural testing.
