DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOM WHEELS At our detailing center, we deliver uncompromised quality. We import authentic, premium forged and cast wheels directly from leading US manufacturers. Every set undergoes strict quality control prior to shipment and final installation on your vehicle. DELIVERY TIMELINES We value your time and maintain a fully transparent logistics process: In-Stock Wheels: Up to 1 month (fast-track dispatch from US warehouse for cast wheels and stocked items). Custom Built-to-Order (Forged): ~1.5 months (complete cycle including custom forging, CNC machining, bespoke finishing, and international shipping). MANUFACTURING & CUSTOM ORDERS Every custom wheel set is a bespoke piece of engineering crafted precisely for your vehicle: 1. Fitment & Engineering: Our team works with the manufacturer to verify exact parameters (PCD, Offset ET, width, and brake caliper clearances) tailored specifically to your vehicle. 2. Production (4–6 Weeks): Monoblock blanks are forged from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, precision CNC-machined, and hand-finished (painting, polishing, or brushed texture) in your chosen style. 3. In-Stock Items: Cast wheel models and accessories available in partner warehouses are processed within a few business days and dispatched immediately. PACKAGING & TRANSPORT SAFETY We absorb all logistics and ocean freight risks for your exclusive wheels: Premium Packaging: Each wheel is protected by high-density foam and double-boxed in reinforced cardboard to prevent finish damage. 100% Transport Insurance: Every order is fully insured for its entire value from the US factory floor to our facility. Order Tracking: You will receive personal status updates at every stage, from factory painting completion to customs clearance. INSPECTION & TRANSIT DAMAGE An inspection is required upon order receipt (at our detailing center or via courier delivery): If package or wheel damage is detected upon arrival, we document it immediately with the carrier. Transport damages are 100% covered by our insurance. In any unforeseen case, we replace the damaged wheel free of charge on a priority basis. Please notify us of any issues within 5 days of delivery. ORDER MODIFICATIONS Because custom forged wheels are engineered specifically to your order, changes to dimensions, offset, finish, or bolt pattern can only be made BEFORE production begins.
